hi, my name is Jacob, am 26yrs old, have been having some sort of sperm discharge during defecation,i don t really know if it is normal, and whenever I have sex,i release so easily and loose erection immediately after the first round. I really need assistance

Seminal fluid discharge during defecation is very common, and this may not contain sperm but this could be only seminal fluid, cause of this would be constipation, and applying force during defecation, relieve the constipation, do not apply the force at the time of defecation, keep the stress very low, this is not erectile dysfunction, have a nice day.
