Hi,
Hycamtin is topotecan , a chemotherapy. Probably your grandmother has ovarian cancer. Treatment history in detail should have been mentioned. In treatment of ovarian cancer first line treatment is generally platin based chemotherapy after surgical removal of tumor. CA-125 is a marker to detect the cancer and it is raised in many non-cancerous disease also. That is not related to diet. Anyway, consult your oncologist for further treatment guidance.
