Can Yogurt Cause Bloated Sensation And Frequent Urination?
I have an uncomfortable bloated sensation and have been peeing a lot. I have started to eat a lot of live yoghurts, could this be causing it? A very slight nausea too. I am a 45 female, I am height 5'11" and weigh 148 lbs. I have a good medical history.
dear too much of yoghurt can cause bloating.if it is not stored properly may get contaminated cause bloating and food poisoning.if your immunity suppressed the yoghurt bacteria may produce above symptoms.
