Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
The effects of marijuana and their duration is unpredictable. Sometimes even a single dose can cause physical symptoms. But chronic abuse can almost always cause some mental effects. However effects may usually last for almost one month.

The symptoms which you have listed are most probably the after effects of marijuana cessation. At the same time this not mean that you should revert back to marijuana.

Your symptoms can be managed by medicines like rivotril or inderal as required.
So i would advice you to visit a psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and treatment planning.

Hope this helps.
Thanks.
