Hello, Welcome to HCM,
As you are having the symptoms of cold and wheeze for which you have taken treatment but your wheeze has not come down. The wheeze is may be due to obstruction to flow of the air into and out of the lungs.
As you have taken the antibiotics the symptoms of the cold has comedown. You need to identify the triggering factor for your symptoms and then you can prevent the symptoms of wheeze.
I would suggest you to undergo physical examination and Chest X ray to find out the underlying cause. For your present symptoms I would suggest you to take nebulization with bronchodilator and the steroid which will relieve your symptoms. Thank you.
