Can Walking For Most Part Of The Day While Suffering From Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome Cause Numbness In Foot?

Yes, I have been diagnosed with Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome and am numb on the bottom of my foot (from my pinkie toe to my heel). Will the numbness go away with time? I have very flat feet and just got new custom made orthotics. My job requires me to be on my feet most of the day which can be a problem.
