OB and GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Swelling of the face is not related to the deficiency of Vitamin D. Its deficiency causes weakness and pain in lower limbs.

For which you need to take Vitamin D 60K IU once in a week for 4 weeks, try to sit in sunlight with lower limbs naked for the latest 2 hours before 2 pm.

Suggesting you to go for a KFT and urine examination routine and microscopic to rule out the cause of swelling on the face.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Naira Jahangir, OB and GYN Specialist
