Can Using Ear Phones Cause Throbbing Ear Pain?

I've got a throbbing pain coming from my left ear canal, it's persisted since yesterday now. I was laying down on my left side on Sunday night with in-ear headphones on, but I've done this before and it hasn't given me any discomfort. What could this be?

Throbbing ear pain due to earphone inserted causing sudden exposure of loud sound. Loud sound can cause perforation of TM, osscicular damage,SN Loss,local trauma of EAC due to ear phones. Treatment in case SN loss vitamin B12,betahistadinr,piracetam. TM perforation treatlment antibiotics antihistamine decongestant drops.
