Hello, Thank you for posting on HCM. Your query surprizes me in two ways. First of all Melacare is not a treatment for acne and secondly rather then treating,on the contrary it may actually lead to acne. Anyways for now stop using melacare at once. Consult your dermatologist, who would advise you some oral drugs (if required!)for your acne. Apart from that you will be prescribed creams for local application containing antibiotics/benzoyl peroxide/adapalene etc as required. Use good quality cleanser like Cetaphil OS and moisturizer like Emolene as required. Avoid excessive sun exosure and include plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.
