Can Urinary Infection Causes Discomfort In Pelvic Bone?

I have been having very slight discomfort on right hand side near pelvic bone. I had a two day embryo transfer three days ago. I also have a mild urine infection. Could this discomfort be realted to the urine infection or possible implantation?

Thanks
