Can Upper Endoscopy Cause Increasing Pain?

had an upper endoscopy 4days agao and today it was a little sore but as the day has gone on i can hardly move it and when i do pain is servere could the two be related, i am a 25 year old male with no previous medical history i weigh 12 stone and my height is 5 foot 10
