My name is Haroon Shahzad resident of Pakistan ( Islamabad ) i am 32 years of age with 7 years married life my spouse is 30 years of age. i have no children and as per many gynacologest they declaired my wife FIT in medical terms, but i am facing a problem that i had operated an undecended testicle at the age of 14. since then i have no problem in married life. but after many checkups with medical / gynacologiest they declair problem in me. if i send you all my report ( latest ) and treatment adviced by them can u also recommend me better diet and suggestion. i am waiting for your reply

You may have primary testicular failure due to your undescended testis. I would like to see your semen analysis results to determine the cause and the extent of your problem. You also need serum FSH LH and testosterone levels.
The treatment would largely depend on the results of your examinations.
