Can Too Much Sex Cause Low Sperm Count?

Hi doc, any time my husband sleep wit me the first roound the semen will leak bt the second round will nt leak and the thrid round will take some mintues and leak out in one night and repectedly. Could this be low seperm count? Can we be able to concived we are married for one and half yrs nw thou he travelled out due the nature of his job bt he is back now. Pls I need your help and solution. Thank you.

Hi,

No, it will not absolutely effect the sperm count. The first fluid leakied from penis doesn't contain any sperm its just the semen fluid. The sperm present in the middle of all semen. Frequency of sex will not effect the sperm count. Bad habbits like sleep disturbances, picky eaters may effect it but usually not to that level that it will cause infertility.

Also, if your frequency of sex is more than 2 3 time a night.Then i will recommend some good multivitamins and Good balance diet for your husband. Also hydration and good sleep is the key. Don't worry and enjoy yourselves.
