Can The Stool Softener Help To Reduce Bloating?

I was experiencing extreme bloating for about a week. I tried a laxative and stool softener recommended by a pharmacist, which had little or no effect. I finally had a bowel movement, big time, and then purchased Align a couple of days ago. It seemed that it was working, but today, I could produce just a stringy movement which looked very dark. Naturally, I'm very, very worried about cancer. Are there other possibilities to explain this?

I really appreciate your concern, let me tell inform you that just single condition of constipation can not be cancerous, constipation is very common among all the communities and every one becomes too conscious due to this but as a matter of fact it is not the illness until and unless it is being proved, but it is due to lack of water intake, and fiber diet and to get rid of this, try lot of water and have plenty off fiber containing diet, try to change the life style too, keep regular habit of defecation hope this information helps.
