Hi,

Size and girth of penis what you are describing seems to be fine and you are unnecessarily worried about it. Size of the penis or its girth does not make any difference during sexual activity or determine fertility.

Also, premature delivery does not affect much about penis anatomy as these organs would have already been developed. There are no medications available for increasing length or girth of the penis. Hence do not get fooled by taking medications which are advertised, as they lack scientific evidence and may also cause certain unwanted side effects.

You can try vacuum technique by using the pump if you desire so, which might improve the size to a small extent.
