Can Sudden Burst Of Energy Short Circuit The Brain And Lead To A Seizure?

I created a video recreating a stunt Criss Angel, famous magician did. The video was if the person cooperated fully, they should feel my energy pass through their computer screen. Someone commented that their sister (epileptic) was hospitalized because a sudden burst of energy short circuited her brain. It happened 45 minutes after the video was apparently watched and the person said her mouth was foaming after that 15 minutes. The video only has 2 seconds of strobes with an electrical shock sound to trick the mind that it s a virtual static shock. Do you find this situation a possible reality?
