General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Yes stress can lead to diabetes precipitation. Try to avoid stress by yoga and meditation. Daily 1 hour active exercise can be done like cycling, brisk walking or swimming. Carbohydrate-rich diet taken less. Reduce weight with lifestyle measure if you are obese.

Don't stop medication by your own. Consult physician or diabetologist for examination and follow his/her advise.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
