I got off birth control end of oct. i had sex one day in my fertle time. I am 5 days late on my period. I have taken four hpt and all were neg. I have no signs of being pregnant. I started working out 3 weeks ago three days a week and started eating better. I lost 7lbs. Does it sound like I could be preto or late do to exercising and stress?

Hi. It may be possible that you didn't get your periods due to stress or strenuous exercise, but sometimes taking birth control pills and leaving them also causes delay in conception for 6 months or so. So, the test being negative. But if you don't get your periods by a week or so you may get your scan done and take medicine for withdrawl.
Thanks.
