Can Stabbing Pain In Lower Abdomen, Low Grade Fever With Body Ache And Vomiting Be Indications Of Appendicitis?

I have had a severe headache all day today, with some vomiting and dizziness. I have a low grade fever and body aches, but in the last 5 minutes, I ve developed very sharp, stabbing pain on my lower left abdomen area. The pain was preceded with vomiting. Could this be appendicitis?

Hi...appendix is on the right side of the body....so its unlikely its appendicitis... but your symptoms look more like uti with a ureteric calculi...so get a urine routine done and a ultrasound abdomen and show to a physician...
