Can Soreness In The Arm Be Due To A Shingle Vaccination On It?

I had the shingle vaccine in August 2016. I have had a terrific pain at the place of the vaccine for several months now. I am in physical therapy as xrays show I have degenerative disks in my neck. My neck nor my shoulder hurt. Pain only in my arm. It stays sore all the time. Can it be from the vaccine?
