Smoking of course can affect blood pressure. Smoking directly affects lung through breath.Lung is directly connected to heart.Due to defects in lungs due to smoking there is resistance to incoming blood flow.So heart has to pump more forcefully to make flood flow circulate in body. These all lead to change in blood pressure mostly it causes increases blood pressure overall later on.So consult physician and take examination, investigation and treatment. And ya don't forget to quit smoking.
