Can Smoke Marijuana To Get Relieved From Chest Tightness And Pain?

i have tightness in my chest like above the heart like someones punch and ive had that for 2 mabye 3 yrs and i tried everything to get ride of the pain even illegal drugs nothing work but about a year ago my friend suggest marjuina so i tried it and the pain was gone should i keep smoking and get a liscence to smoke or is Anxeity not a reason not to get marijuina.
