I have a question to ask about my friend. He is 14 years old, 5'3 and a half, and 113 pounds. He is physically fit and looking healthy. But yesterday I have smacked his penis and it hurt him a lot. I've done it a couple of times in the past also. Now he told me that his penis hurts when he pees. Probably at the tip where the pee goes out. He told me it was a little bit red yesterday (probably because I smacked it) but the red is gone now. But his penis still hurts every time he pees. His family background seems to have no signs of any cancer and he's a virgin. Does smacking the penis really make it hurt when he pees? Because I've researched about it and it's not one of the causes. Please help
