IN the given situation, You should check up with doctor to verify and rule out any accompanied skin disease like-
Tinea Cruris/ jock's itch.
If it's
bug bite,you seem to have blisters from -bug bite induced chemicals, and not the
petechial rash, which is hemorrhagic purple rash,and could be aggravated by scratching after the bug/ mosquito bite.
Bug bite/ mosquito bite- breaks blood vessels and causes inflammation, to cause blisters and induration as is in your case.
