Can Scoliosis And Lordosis Lead To Formation Of A Lump Near Spine Leading To Headaches?

I have a fist sized lump on the back of my neck right next to my spine. It's been there for quite a few years. It's immovable and almost feels like bone. I've been having extremely bad headaches and reached back there to rub my neck, seems to have gotten larger. What could this be? I also have scoliosis and lordosis. Could these all be related?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand your problems your all the problems are not related with each other your headache may be due to the anxiety level, and the scoliosis and lordosis (Loss) are the separate entity, your lump like structure could be the lipoma (For final diagnosis clinical examination is required) so in my opinion just nothing to worry about this, take care and have nice day.
