Hi,

Propygenta and Propygenta NF are both topical creams that contain the same active ingredients, which are betamethasone and gentamicin. The only difference between the two creams is that Propygenta NF contains an additional ingredient, called neomycin.

Neomycin is an antibiotic that is sometimes added to topical creams to treat skin infections caused by bacteria. The pharmacy may be only stocking Propygenta NF now, which is why you are unable to find Propygenta.

In general, Propygenta NF should be safe to use as a substitute for Propygenta, as both creams contain the same active ingredients that are effective in treating skin conditions. However, if you have any concerns or questions about using Propygenta NF, it is best to consult with a healthcare professional for further advice.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
