Hello,
Urine pregnancy tests read well when done 3-7 days after a missed period with a fresh early morning sample of urine. If you have not done so, you may repeat the test. Also, it takes 3-7 days for withdrawal bleeding to ensue after completion of hormone treatment. In the current scenario, you can go for an assessment of the serum beta-hCG titres and also a trans-vaginal sonogram if you are a week past your dates for additional clarification of the situation. A proper clinical evaluation by a specialist should be able to plan further management. Hope this helps.
