Hi,
Welcome to healthcare Magic.

I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

Depo is a very effective method of contraception. It is extremely unlikely to be pregnant while on Depo. In addition all your pregnancy tests including blood pregnancy tests are negative. This clearly means that you are not pregnant.

Consult Physician. You may be having viral infection.

If you have further concerns, I will be happy to answer.

Best wishes,
Dr Rama Wani
