Please note if semen or sperms spill in and around vagina, there are chances of getting pregnant.
If she is in her fertile period that means between day 10 to 20 of the cycle, it is advisable to take PLAN B pill within 24 hours or at least within 72 hours of unprotected sex.
I will suggest to get proper sex counselling done. Use of condom will protect from unwanted pregnancy and STDs.
