Can Paint Inhalation Cause Swelling Of The Lymph Gland?

Hi! I refinished some furniture and in the process think I inhaled too many fumes from the spray paint and lacquer. I now have a swollen lymph gland in my armpit and the tip of my nose is swollen. Is it possible the problems I have are related to the paint and lacquer fumes? Or might it just be coincidence?

Hello,
Thank you for your contact to health care magic. I understand your concern. If I am your doctor I suggest you that it is just a coincidence. Fumes inhalation has nothing to do with swelling lymph nodes. You can check your self for the exact cause of swelling and take treatment accordingly.
I will be happy to answer your further concern
