Hello,

First, Oxyelite is a dangerous medication, it is banned by the FDA as it increases serotonin levels and can lead to a lethal condition known as Serotonin Syndrome as well as causing severe liver injury. L-carnitine has been linked to several benefits but fat loss is not proven in the scientific studies. I would not advise taking them for this purpose. L-carnitine likely has no effect and Oxyelite is liver toxic and can potentially be lethal.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
