General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Pneumonia was the primary cause for which your doctor prescribed 2 antibiotics. You should take them.

Feeling fatigue, loss of appetite are due to a lung infection. Plus, loss of appetite is causing lack of nutrients leading to feeling fatigue. Plus, your heart is working only 20%, aggravating your symptoms.

I think you should take antibiotics as prescribed by your doctor.

If symptoms will aggravate should go back to your doctor for further re-evaluate of symptoms and treatment strategy.

Take probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora. Candida thrush of GI tract can develop if you take antibiotics.

Antifungal meds should be prescribed then. Check your blood sugar levels to rule out dry mouth is from diabetes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
