Can Non Intake Of Suboxone For Couple Of Weeks Cause Withdrawal?
I have been on suboxone for 6 months. Today someone got into my car and stole the rest of my medicine. Ive never misused my medication and now i dont know what to do. I have ten days before my next appointment and i am scared they will discharge me if they find out i was so careless. Im breastfeeding my three month old son still and i am so scared to withdrawl. Please help me!
Suboxone isa combination of buprenorphine and naloxone. It can slow or stop your breathing. Hence, never take Suboxone in larger amounts, or for longer than prescribed. Along with other side efects, it can cause withdrawal symptoms - diarrhea, vomiting, shaking or shivering, runny nose, watery eyes, muscle pain, and feeling very hot or cold. Seek doctor's attention immediately if you have any of the above symptoms.
