Can Node On Thyroid Cause Impaired Speech?

Please.I'm 48 female with a 4mm node on my thyroid since Feb. I was woundering when I should have it biopsyed.I'm fatigue to the point I can't fix my own meals anymore,pulse 40-55 resting 113 when I stand up.My speech is becoming empaired,I have proublems speeking numbers,months. I was wondering if related to node thank you disabled living off of 600 monthly can't afford your help.If you know of any real free help can you please attach to YYYY@YYYY

I have gone carefully through your concern.
The node you reported is very small and can not cause the symptoms you reported.
I can understand your difficult situation but you need an examination of the throat by an ENT.
Keep monitoring the nodule with ultrasound every 6 months.
