Can Nausea, Sweating And Lower Abdominal Pain Be Symptoms Of An Aortic Aneurysm?

ive been nauseous and sweating (here and there) i had pain earlier on my lower right abdomen when i would walk it lasted for a bit the pain went away but it came back and went away i was thinking appendicitis but just now my rigt flank pulsated at random time and also on the ride side of my stomach could it be an aeortic anuerysm ? whats wrong with me
