Can Missed Periods, Spotting And Cramps Be Pregnancy Symptoms?
I have a very regular 20 day cycle, which means I m never never late.( I track it on a monthly basis). I expected my cycle to begin on 9/1/14, but it had yet to start its regular flow. Yesterday I had slight brown spotting on my panty liner and today I had some cramping and some slight red but not a real heavy flow. Could it still mean I m pregnant.

Understand your concern
There may be possibility of pregnancy if you had unprotected sexual intercourse in fertile period of your cycle which is not clear from your history.
Missed period is definitive sign of pregnancy. Sometime spotting and cramp may be occur due to implantation that is very light and occur at the time of menstruation.
I advice you to go for pregnancy test if period will be delayed by 10 days.
If pregnancy will not detect, it may be a symptoms of premenstrual syndrome.
