Can Minigynon Cause Rashes All Over The Body?

ive just started to take minigynon30 but ive been also taking one a day women and antibiotics amoxil capsules 500mg at the same time now ive been seen rashes all over my body. what should i do? ive stop taking the antibiotics and the one a days but im still taking the minigynon 30.

The most likely source of the rash is the antibiotics. Antibiotics more commonly cause allergic reactions in the form of a rash.

You can use an antihistamine such as benadryl, claritine, allegra or zyrtec to help reduce the rash then monitor to see if recurs.

You should consider informing the doctor about your reaction so that he or she can make a note about your reaction and also give you an alternative antibiotic.
