Can Medication For Pain Relief Cause Elevated Blood Glucose Level?

Bp is 145/83...is this high....i take opana and perc for pain due to m.s. i also have diabetes which stays high...500-700+......in last 4-5yrs i have lost about 270lbs....started losing weight when i started taking insulin......could bs be high due to the pain meds

No pain meds. Do not increase glucose. Other factors can be lifestyle, eating habits, etc., or internal disease progression.
