Can Masturbation Cause Pain In Tip Of Penis When Erect?
Top of my penis hurts when hard, I m not sure if masturbating too much might had cause it. I doubt it s an std I haven t had sex in 2 months. It s been going on for a few days now. It hurts less if I squeeze the head of the penis but hurts the most when pull it up or push it down.

Masturbating in limits does not cause any such problem. Probably you have overdone and that's why you are facing such issues. Give adequate rest and you should be back to normal soon.
