Can Lumps On Abdomen With Increase In Weight Suggest Pregnancy?

I have a paranoia that i may be pregnant, I have a small lump on the lower left side of my abdomen, weight gain and i'm tired. I am also a college student who only gets about 7 hours of aleep a night. could I be pregnant or could it be something else?

Hi,Dear,thanks for the query to HCM. I studied your query in full details.I understood the concerns you have.
By no means the lump in the lower left side of your abdomen and weight gain suggests pregnancy.
I would advise you to consult ER Surgeon for opinion on left lower abdomen lump and ER Gynec/Obst Doctor and ER Psychiatrist if your doctors advise you so.
Don't worry and things will be right after this check up.Your doctors would rule out pregnancy and would take all due care to investigate and treat it accordingly.
