Can Leg Pain Be Related To The Periurethral Abscess?

i went to the emergency a few days ago. I have a periurethral abcess. Was given cloxicillin for a ten day period. Pain is subsiding, but now I have pain in my left leg. Feels really hot at times, and the pain moves up and down my leg. Is this related to the infection?
