Can Interaction Between Focalin And Using Cannibis Cause Anxiety Issues?

I am wondering about the interaction between the ADHD medication Focalin and the use of Cannibis at the same time. I have a 21 year old client that is struggling with focus and racing thoughts, attention and axiety issues. Can this be a reaction between these two drugs?

Any narcotic drug is not good for health even more dangerous if taken with some pharmaceutical agent and this is not at all advisable to have some narcotic drug with anti-psychiatric drugs, hope this information helps take care.
