Can Intake Of Wysolone, HCQs And Azothioprine During Pregnancy Harm The Baby?

Hello doctor, best wishes and thank u so much for providing such a forum. I am a 25 yr old female and have been suffering from juvenille SLE for past 15 years. I have been under wysolone, HCQs, and Azothioprine since then. Presently I am under wysolone 5mg, HCQs 200mg and Azoran 50mg and Frisium 10mg. I am 1 and half months pregnant now. Will my health condition affect the baby in any way. My condition is under control for many years. What precautions should i take to avoid difficulties for myself and baby?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, look if this pregnancy then it is advisable to stop the steroid for some time and it may not cause any difference in your clinical condition of SLE, still better to have a words with your gynecologist, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
