Can Indigestion Cause Gastric Problems And Pain Near The Breast?

I ve had burping and gas the last three days. I had upper back pain on my left side. The discomfort while burping has been on lower part of my left breast. about 10 minutes ago I had a sharp pain on the left side of my body, above the waist. All this discomfort came after my birthday dinner Saturday (15th) when I had two glasses of wine and Sunday, one glass of wine. could it be my heart or indigestion from eating fast and the wine?

Hi, after going through your details, most probable problem is your are having acidity attack. so first you need to do is take antacids like Pantop, Gelusil etc.,
If the burning sensations subsides then leave it. But if still persists Visit a physician and get ECG done to clear any doubt regarding any cardiac problem. This is just an advice. Mostly your problem is only acidity that could be because of the things you have mentioned or some other.

Hope this answers your query.
Thank You.
