Can I Take Alkasol-P Syrup For Discomfort Abdomen During Pregnancy?

doctor i m approx. 2 months pregnant. since 2 days my motion are not clear, fullness of abdomen especially after taking any food or meal. yesterday night i have taken dufelac syrup. today my motion is improved . but again fullness and heavyness of stomach has been started after breakfast. frequent urination is there with little heat sensation in urethra. i m feeling heat sensation in abdomen also. so , may i take alkosol-p syrup to normalise the heat sensation?

kindly describe your complaints more elaborately. Your heat sensation can be seen as burning micturition, which may be due to urinary tract infection. But you can initially start taking plenty of water and along with that get your urine sample and send it for routine, and microscopy. Also get the culture and sensitivity done too.
Drinking plenty of water helps in treating your constipation as well as decreases the burning sensations while micturition.For just your burning micturition you can take delkasol twice daily.
You can consult any urologist till your lab investigations are coming.
