Can Hymen Of An Infant Be Broken Painlessly?

Can hymen break without pain in 1yr old child? When i hold her suddenly my finger gently toutched her sexual area.at this time she did not cry even.she was playing as usual.so tell me if her hymen break or not?I m worry about this.Pls help me as soon as possible.I don t know she got bleeding or not.but she didn t cry.can you pls explain this??
