Can Higher Dosage Of Benadryl Be Taken For Intense Itching And Pain?
Stung five times by wasps yesterday more than 24 hrs ago Still have intense itching some pain and and area red and swollen. Been taking 50 mgm of Benadryl. 3 doses yesterday and two today. I do not become drowsy from this. Can I try a higher dosage? Also been using Benadryl Creme and ice

Metabolism of prednisone varies with each person. It's effects on the body lasts for about a week from the last dose taken. If you have taken the medication for a short course of time (5 days), the effects lasts for a lesser duration.
