Can Heavy Physical Exercise Cause Pancreatic Attack?

My Fiancee has acute chronic pancreatitis due to problems with her sphincter of Oddi. Will heavy exercise with plenty of sit-ups and stomach crunches lead to a pancreatic attack? Recenly we have noticed that after workouts she has experienced a couple of severe attacks. Thank you.

HI
Well come to HCM
If this is case of abdominal pathology (Pancreatitis ) then care need to be taken for heavy work or exercise and these needs to be avoided because these may jeopardize the condition, in such case bed rest is most advisable, take care.
