Can Heart Palpitation Medicine Cause Loss Of Appetite?

I have recently gotten back on brand name cymbalta. I had taken it for dizziness and heart palp.I have nothing to be anxious about in my life. I took the 20mg.for 7 days and still had symptoms. Then I opened 2 of the 20 s and added them equally to two others to make two 30mg. Today is day 9 or day 2 on the 30mg. I had previously discussed with my dr.upping the dose since I had taken them for 9 years. Any input would be appreciated. I have no appetite and have to make myself eat. I have lost 17 lbs., down to 125. Thank you.

Dear
I am sorry for the symptoms you are suffering
I read your query and understand your concern
In my opinion rising the dose of cymbalta would not help
You should consult your doctor and change treatment, maybe citalopram would be effective
