Can Having Energy Drinks Cause Irregular Periods?

Hello doctor ...Is it normal if date of the menstrual period cycle changed?.The last month my period was At 7th of October maybe it was earlier im not sure, and in this time i was drinking red bull. but for this month it didnt show up!! Donno if the redbull couses this or no!!

I understand your concern.
Drinking energy drinks are not known to affect menstrual periods. Your periods might be delayed probably due to certain amount of stress.
Kindly relax by doing meditation and not worrying about this problem.
If you do not get your periods even after about 2 weeks, it needs to be further evaluated. Kindly take an ultrasound scan of the abdomen and consult Gynaecologist with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
